Mark Loza graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago, College of Arts and Sciences, in 1995 with a B.A. degree in Political Science and Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1998 with a J.D. degree. After graduation from law school, he worked as a consultant for Business, Legal and Taxation division of Arthur Andersen LLP in Chicago. In 2002 he formed his own practice providing legal services in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business and finance advisory and personal injury.

Mark Loza is a recipient Distinguished Service Award from Chicago Volunteer Legal Services for his volunteer services with Amicus Poloniae Legal Clinic. He is a member of the Advocates Society, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
